Defense Technology builds this foam training baton on a rigid core, wraps it in a neoprene sleeve, and covers it with a DuPont nylon shell. The tip is dipped in vinyl for added strength. At 9 oz and 2 inches in diameter, it moves fast in drills and spreads the force of contact.
