Q: Who's behind WCUniforms?

A: It's all us – a veteran U.S. Coast Guard, EMT, and police owned business from sunny San Diego [Don't worry, we're not shipping from San Diego often now - To reduce overall transit times, most of our products ship from a fulfillment warehouse in Michigan].

We've been outfitting heroes like you with top-notch gear since 2013. Think of us as your trusty sidekick in gear form!

Q: Why pick us for your gear needs?

A: Because we've been in your boots, we pick gear that we know will stand up to the challenge. Plus, we're BBB accredited to their A+ standard, which means we're serious about quality and service.

Q: How quick is shipping?

A: Super quick! While many orders ship out same-day, we always hustle to process within 48 hours because we know the drill - you need your gear, and you need it now.

Q. Will I be updated with the progress of my order?

A. Yes. You'll get tracking notifications by email and SMS, so you're always in the loop. You'll even be told when you order is "Out for delivery" and when it has been "Delivered" so you can retrieve it before those sticky-fingered porch pirates come by.

Q: Is my info safe with you?

A: Absolutely. We guard your privacy like it's our own, sticking to strict security measures. We will NEVER sell or share your info, period.

Q: What if something's out of stock or on backorder?

A: Some products are slow movers. So with these, it doesn't always make sense to keep them on-hand. If you place an order for a product that is displayed as "Backordered" or "Special order", these can take 30-45 days if the manufacturer has it/them available. This can, however, be as short as 2 weeks. It really depends on how quickly the manufacturer holds up their side.

Q: Can I insure my shipment?

A: Sure thing. With Route, we offer optional shipping insurance for that extra peace of mind. It's smooth sailing with us. The fee for their service is 2.55% of the value of the goods in your order. The minimum charge is $1.95.

Q: How about returns?

A: If you're not 100% thrilled, we've got a straightforward 30-day return process. We're here to make things right. For reasons that probably do not need an explanation, we cannot accept returns on underwear, batteries, or jewelry. Our full policy can be found here: Terms

Q. How long will my order take to get to me?

Great question. Although we started our journey on the West Coast, most of our orders now ship from Michigan. This location helps reduce the transit time for the vast majority of customers. If you are close to Michigan, your order could take as little as 1 day. If you are on either the west or east coast, you may expect 3-4 business days.
