Unless we have any free shipping specials, shipping costs are paid by you from the shipping point (F.O.B. shipping point).

Please be aware that if you choose not to opt for shipping insurance, our company cannot be held liable for any loss, damage, or theft of your order while in transit, or after delivery. By opting out of shipping insurance, you expressly agree to bear full responsibility for any potential risks associated with the shipping process and acknowledge that you will not seek reimbursement or replacement from our company in case of any such issues.

Any claims made for lost shipments (in whole or in part) or merchandise damaged in transit are to be filed against the carrier by YOU. We will assist you in filing claims and in follow-up. However, you agree to pay us the invoice price on the due date for this merchandise.

Product Location

If you would like to know where the product is shipping from, you may see it’s location in the “Tags” section, or “Additional Information” tab on the product listing.

As a convenience to you, these charges may appear on your invoice along with the charges for your merchandise. These charges are subject to the same Terms and Conditions as the merchandise charges. Ownership (title) of merchandise passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

Dropshipping

Like other online retailers (even the big names like Wal-Mart, Costco, Home Depot, Wayfair, Target, and many others), some products are drop-shipped to you directly from various manufacturers/suppliers we partner with. If you place an order that we find is out of stock at the supplier level, we will let you know as quickly as we can.  This will usually be within hours.

Shipping Rates

As our shipping rates are calculated in real-time based on the product weight and shipping weight, the final shipping charge is only viewable from the order confirmation screen. All orders are shipped via USPS and UPS Ground unless otherwise specified and should be received within three to five business days from the shipping date when shipped within the contiguous USA. Please note that UPS can ship only to physical addresses, so if a P.O. Box address is specified, we may call you to request an alternate address.

Expedited Shipping

2-Day and Next-Day delivery is available on most items (except the brand First Class Uniforms) and must be requested before 10:30 am PST in order to ensure on-time delivery. All 2-day and Next-Day orders must ship to a physical address (no P.O. boxes).

Address Changes

An address correction fee may apply if a change in the shipping address of an order is required after it has been shipped.  This fee is charged by the carrier.

Shortages

Any claims for shortages must be made in writing within 14 days of receipt of merchandise.

Oversized/overweight

Items that are oversized/overweight are subject to additional shipping charges. We will contact you by e-mail or phone with the exact shipping charges.
