The ASP Chain Ultra Plus Handcuffs (46060) are chain link duty handcuffs built on ASP's forged aluminum Ultra Cuff frame, with one big upgrade: keyless double locking. You get the same strong, lightweight restraint officers trust, plus a faster way to finish every cuffing.

Double Lock Without the Key

You control a resisting subject with one hand and fish for your key with the other. That gap is where double locks get skipped. With the Ultra Plus, you press the color-coded double lock bar with a fingertip and you are done. ASP states this makes double locking faster, easier, and less likely to be overlooked.

• Lock set: 1 pawl Tactical (standard key) or 2 pawl Security (high security key)
• Frame: forged 7075-T6 aluminum with a stainless steel swivel chain

Key Features

• Tactical (1 pawl) models, 56060 and 56061: Open with a standard handcuff key, such as the ASP Swivel S1 Handcuff Key 56252.
• Security (2 pawl) models, 46060 and 46061: ASP states these require a special high security key and will not open with a standard handcuff key. Pair them with the ASP Pentagon 2 Pawl (Security) Handcuff Key 82050.
• Cases: Fits chain cuff carriers sized for ASP Ultra Cuffs, including the ASP Tactical Case for Chain/Hinge 56136 and the ASP Exo Case for Chain/Hinge Cuffs 56130.
