Security pawl models (46071 and 46070) use a two-pawl high-security lock that requires the special ASP high-security key and will not open with a standard key. Choose the pawl that matches your agency policy to avoid key compatibility issues. These are hinged restraints, so they intentionally limit wrist rotation and are not intended for applications that call for the greater flexibility of chain cuffs.
