Schrade Uproar Tactical D/A OTF Knife, 3" Dagger, FDE | 1159305

Overview of the Schrade Uproar Tactical D/A OTF | 1159305

The Schrade Uproar Tactical D/A OTF knife (1159305) is a double action out-the-front automatic knife with a 3 in partially serrated D2 steel dagger blade and a Flat Dark Earth aluminum handle. One thumb slide fires the blade forward and pulls it back into the handle.

When a seatbelt jams, a strap tangles, or you need to cut fast with one hand, a folding knife can slow you down. The Uproar Tactical deploys straight out of the front, so your grip never changes.

Built for Hard Use

• D2 tool steel with a black oxide finish and serrations for rope, cord, and webbing
• Textured aluminum handle with finger grooves for a locked-in grip
• Glass breaker on the pommel for emergency use

Who Carries It

Patrol officers, security professionals, preppers, and everyday carry users rely on the Uproar Tactical for fast, one-hand cutting. Schrade states the knife is assembled in Columbia, Missouri.

Key Features

• Double action OTF: The thumb slide deploys and retracts the blade, so you open and close it with one hand.
• Dual edge dagger blade: A 3 in double-edged D2 blade with partial serrations handles both clean slicing and tough fibrous material.
• D2 tool steel: A high carbon tool steel known for strong edge retention, finished in black oxide to cut glare.
• Aluminum handle: The FDE handle is 0.5 in thick with a textured pattern and finger grooves.
• Glass breaker: A pointed glass breaker sits at the base of the handle.
• Pocket clip: A black Schrade pocket clip carries the knife tip-down.
• Care: Keep the blade channel clean and dry. Wipe the blade after use, since D2 is a high carbon steel.
• Warranty: Covered by Schrade's limited lifetime warranty.

Intended Users

Law enforcement officers carry the Uproar Tactical as a backup cutting tool for seatbelts, zip ties, and cordage on patrol. EMTs and firefighters use a one-hand OTF to cut seatbelts and straps at a vehicle scene. Security officers and military service members value its light 3.3 oz weight and tip-down clip. Preppers, survivalists, tow operators, and knife collectors add it to their gear for its D2 steel and double action mechanism.
