At SENTRY our product development team collaborates with various Special Operations Teams that operate in all kinds of environments around the world. With our medical pouch line we asked what could help in a medical emergency or save seconds when someone's life counts. One of the developments out of this exercise was a rapid access system to medical equipment. SENTRY's magnetic tourniquet kit features a magnetic front access panel for medical supplies and a pull tab to remove the tourniquet from its storage area. A Velcro band around the tourniquet keeps the tourniquet secured to the pull tab preventing it from flying away from you if you open your kit quickly. This is especially important for someone that may be trapped in a damaged vehicle and need their medical supplies to stay within arms reach. Another very important feature of our unique magnetic pouches is that it is silent when opening or closing the kits.
