The Radian Weapons Ultralight QD Endplate (R0078) adds a quick-detach sling point to the rear of your AR15 or M16 lower receiver without adding real weight. It replaces the standard receiver endplate and installs on the buffer tube under your castle nut.

Radian machines the endplate from billet 6061-T6 aluminum with a mil-spec Type III hardcoat anodized black finish and a press-fit QD sling swivel socket. It works with both mil-spec and commercial carbine buffer tubes.

Why It Matters

A sling that clips to the front of the stock pulls the rifle off center and rattles during movement. Mounting the sling at the receiver lets the rifle hang closer to your body and transition cleanly from shoulder to shoulder.
