This fits the standard citation format used by most state and local law enforcement agencies, municipal police departments, highway patrol divisions, and county sheriff's offices.

If your agency issues a narrower or shorter cite book such as the 4.5 in. x 10.5 in. format, the Posse Box CHP-50 may be a better fit. The RT-5 is not intended for letter-size (8.5 in. x 11 in.) forms or documents.
