Safariland 6360RDS Echelon with Light Level III Duty Holster

Overview of the Safariland 6360RDS Echelon Holster | 6360RDS-572

The Safariland 6360RDS-572 ALS/SLS Mid-Ride Level III Duty Holster is molded for the Springfield Armory Echelon 4.5F carried with a red dot sight and a full-size weapon light. You get Level III retention on an outside-the-waistband duty rig built for patrol.

Model 6360RDS-572 comes in five configurations (MPNs 1335062, 1336115, 1336116, 1335067, and 1335068) across black STX Tactical, black STX Basket Weave, MultiCam, and MultiCam Black finishes.

Security When the Call Turns Physical

A suspect grabs for your pistol during a takedown. Safariland states the Automatic Locking System (ALS) locks the Echelon in all directions the moment you holster, while the Self Locking System (SLS) rotating hood adds a second barrier.

• Level III retention for uniformed patrol, corrections, and armed security
• Straight-up draw with no twisting once you release the ALS
• Optic-ready shroud protects your red dot

Key Features

• ALS Automatic Locking System: Locks the pistol in place on holstering and releases with a thumb sweep from a full firing grip.
• SLS Rotating Hood: A forward push of the hood clears the second retention device; add the Safariland Model 6002 Hood Guard and Sentry for more hood security.
• Red Dot Compatible: Open optic channel fits common pistol optics such as the Trijicon RMR Type 2.
• Light-Bearing Fit: Molded around the Echelon with a full-size light such as the Streamlight TLR-1 or SureFire X300U.
• SafariLaminate Construction: Thermal-molded shell protects the handgun and sights.
• Suede Lining: Protects your pistol's finish during daily draws and reholstering.
• Mid-Ride Belt Loop: Places the grip near the belt line for a natural, repeatable draw.
• Four Finishes: Black STX Tactical, black STX Basket Weave, MultiCam Cordura, and MultiCam Black Cordura.

This fit is molded for the Echelon 4.5F with a full-size light installed. Compact lights such as the Streamlight TLR-7 or TLR-8, and optics missing from the list above, such as the Trijicon SRO, are not listed for this fit. Safariland cannot guarantee fit with non-factory red dot mounts, since optic height, dovetail use, and slide placement all affect fit.

Intended Users

Patrol officers and sheriff's deputies who run an optic and weapon light on a Springfield Echelon get Level III security for uniformed duty. Corrections officers and armed security professionals gain added protection against disarming in close-contact work. Agency armorers and range staff can standardize one holster across Echelon-equipped officers, and civilian shooters training with a duty-style rig can practice draws from the same setup professionals carry.
