Overview of the Maglula 22UpLULA | UP62B

The Maglula 22UpLULA® .22LR Pistol Magazine Loader and Unloader, MPN UP62B, gives you a purpose-built tool for wide-body .22LR magazines over 1/2 inch wide. It works with many .22LR 1911 and converted pistol magazines. The design uses the familiar UpLULA body width with a narrower metal beak sized for .22LR rounds.

The reinforced polymer body is lightweight enough for a range bag or pocket. Its loading action reduces direct thumb pressure on cartridges and helps limit feed-lip wear. It also supports fast unloading. For supported single-stack magazines, Maglula offers the 1911AI® Aligner Insert separately to reduce movement inside the loader.

Compatibility matters with this model. The 22UpLULA does not fit every .22LR magazine and will not load .380 to .45 caliber magazines. Review the fit details below before ordering.

The 22UpLULA is designed for compatible .22LR wide-body pistol magazines over 1/2 inch wide, including many .22LR 1911 magazines and converted pistol magazines.

The separately sold 1911AI® Aligner Insert supports compatible single-stack magazines up to 14.5 mm (0.57 inch) wide. Maglula lists Advantage Arms 1911 10-round, GSG-1911 10-round, GSG-Colt 1911 Government conversion, Kimber, Nighthawk Custom .22 conversion, SIG P220, SIG P938-22, Tactical Solutions 2211, and Wilson Combat 422M-P 10-round magazines for use with the insert.

Not compatible with:

• .380 to .45 caliber magazines
• Tactical Solutions 1911 single-stack 10-round aluminum magazines
• Glock 44 .22LR magazines
• Tactical Solutions 10-round aluminum magazines
• Kel-Tec P17 magazines
