The Fox Labs International One Point Four 4 oz pepper spray (44FTM Cone Fog and 44FTS Stream) is an oil-based OC spray for anyone who needs a threat to stop on the first burst, not the third. The full-size flip top canister gives you enough volume to handle more than one attacker.

Fox Labs states it starts with its legacy 5.3 million SHU pepper, then doubles the pepper content to reach 4% OC and 1.4% major capsaicinoids (MC). Police officers, correctional officers, security guards, and civilians who carry for self-defense all choose this formula.

The Cone Fog (44FTM) reaches 12 feet with less precise aim. The Stream (44FTS) reaches 20 feet with a focused line and a 17-second spray duration.

Compatibility

• Carry: the 38 mm x 120 mm canister is a full-size carry unit. Check your holder's inside dimensions before you buy one, since holders sized for smaller canisters will not fit.
• Environment: the Stream is the better pick outdoors and in wind. The Cone Fog puts more spray in the air, so expect more cross-contamination in cars, hallways, and small rooms.
• Not a keychain unit: for pocket or key ring carry, choose the Fox Labs 2 oz One Point Four instead.
• Not for training: this is a live OC canister. Use a Fox Labs water-based inert training unit for practice.
• Not for crowd control: for large groups, step up to the 16 oz One Point Four Cone Fog (PG164F).
• Local rules: some states limit pepper spray size or formula. Check your state and local rules before you order.
