Fenix E09R 600 Lumen Rechargeable Keychain Flashlight E09RSBK

Overview of the Fenix E09R Rechargeable EDC Flashlight | E09RSBK

The Fenix E09R Rechargeable EDC Flashlight (E09RSBK) puts 600 lumens on your keychain in a body just 3.11 inches long. You charge it through a hidden USB Type-C port, so you never buy disposable batteries for a light you carry every day.

A phone light in a dark parking garage or a stairwell during a power outage leaves you short on light and battery. The E09R gives patrol officers, EMTs, and security guards a pocket backup light that rides on their keys and turns on with one press.

Five Outputs, One Switch

• Moonlight, 3 lumens: up to 70 hours for close-up tasks.
• Low to High, 25 to 300 lumens: everyday tasks and walking at night.
• Instant Burst, 600 lumens: reaches 407 feet (124 meters), Fenix states.

Built for Your Keys

Fenix machines the body from A6061-T6 aluminum with a HAIII hard-anodized finish. Fenix rates it IP68 waterproof to 2 meters and impact resistant to 1 meter.

Key Features

• 600 lumen Instant Burst: Press and hold the side switch for 1.2 seconds for a burst of 600 lumens and 3,970 candela. Release it and the light drops back to Moonlight.
• Four steady outputs: Moonlight (3 lumens), Low (25), Medium (100), and High (300), cycled with single clicks.
• Luminus SST20 LED: 6200K cool white output, a 13° spot and 81° spill beam, and a rated LED life of 50,000 hours.
• Hidden USB Type-C charging: Twist the head to reveal the port. The built-in 800mAh Li-polymer battery fully charges in about 1 hour, and the indicator glows red while charging and green when full.
• Works while charging: Fenix states the E09R can run on Moonlight while plugged in.
• Electronic lockout: Double click the switch while off to lock it, so it won't turn on in your pocket or bag.
• Mode memory: The light returns to your last steady output when you turn it back on.
• Low battery warning and overheat protection: Three blinks at turn-on mean it's time to charge. Output steps down at 60°C (140°F) to protect the light.
• Tough housing: A6061-T6 aluminum, HAIII hard-anodized finish, IP68 submersible to 2 meters with the head tightened, and 1 meter impact resistance.
• Warranty: Fenix Lighting USA limited lifetime warranty with 15-day replacement, 2-year free repair, and lifetime repair at parts cost.

Specifications

Compatibility

• Charging: Charges from any USB wall adapter, computer port, car charger, or power bank using the included USB-A to USB Type-C cable.
• Carry: The tail loop fits split rings, key rings, and lanyards. The E09R has no pocket clip.
• Environments: IP68 rated for rain, snow, and submersion to 2 meters, but only when the head is fully tightened after charging.
• Battery: The 800mAh battery is sealed inside and cannot be swapped for AA, CR123A, or 18650 cells.

• EMTs, paramedics, and firefighters use Moonlight to read labels or find gear in a dim ambulance without blinding a partner or patient.
• Security guards and corrections officers carry it for building rounds, stairwells, and power outages.
• Tow operators and public works crews use Burst to scan an engine bay, a curb line, or a storm drain at night.
• Preppers, campers, and everyday carriers rely on it for walking to the car, getting through a blackout, and finding things in a tent or bag.

Available at WCUniforms

WCUniforms is owned by a U.S. Marine veteran and a U.S. Coast Guard veteran who also served as a city police officer and EMT, so we stock lights we would carry on duty ourselves. Since 2013, the San Diego-based retailer has outfitted law enforcement, EMS, firefighters, security professionals, and civilians across the United States, and the E09R ships from our Michigan warehouse. The E09R gives you more reach than most single-AAA keychain lights while staying just as easy to carry.
