Overview of the EMI Emergency Medical Quik-Pik™ Lock Pick Tool
Responders need fast entry without damage. The EMI Emergency Medical Quik-Pik™ delivers that result on interior residential and office doors with key-in-the-knob locks. The slim profile slides into tight gaps and retracts spring latches with a smooth motion. It works from either side of the door to save time during calls.
For inward-opening doors, you insert the Quik-Pik™ behind the molding stop to catch and retract the latch. For doors that open toward you, you insert it from above or below the latch point, then jiggle and pull to retract the latch. A protective sleeve covers the tip during transport for safe carry in a pocket or gear bag.
The tool measures 6 3/8 inches long by 7/8 inch wide by 1/8 inch high. The weight is only 1 ounce, so everyday carry is easy. The high-visibility orange and black finish helps you find it quickly in low light.
Field users include police officers, probation officers, security guards, bounty hunters, forensic evidence technicians, private investigators, EMTs, paramedics, firefighters, and locksmiths. MPN 452 identifies the exact model for your requisition or reorder needs.
