Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return
- Item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Item must be in the original packaging.
- You must have a receipt or proof of purchase.

- Custom goods that have been printed, tailored, or hemmed.
- Hazardous materials, including batteries, pepper sprays, and other flammable liquids or gases.

How Refunds Work

The process
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email confirming we have your item. We’ll then notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your bank, holidays, and weekends.
The 15% restocking fee
- The fee is based on the cost of goods and does not apply to shipping and taxes.
- We now use a shipping partner for most orders, and they require a restocking fee from us 100% of the time.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit or debit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank — there’s often a processing time before a refund is posted.

If the item was NOT marked as a gift
Or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later — the refund will go back to the gift giver, not to you.
