Frequently Asked Questions: Ring's BlueGuns Colt 1911

What is the Ring's BlueGuns Colt 1911 made of?

It is made of high-impact polyurethane. This keeps the replica from bending or flexing during hard training while matching the size and shape of a real Colt 1911.

What colors and weight options are available?

You can choose Law Enforcement Blue or Black, and each color comes weighted or non-weighted. The weighted version adds heft for a more realistic feel. The non-weighted version is lighter for long drills.

Can I use this BlueGun to fit a 1911 holster?

Yes. Ring's BlueGuns copy the exact size and dimensions of the real firearm, which is why holster and accessory makers use them to display their products. It is a safe way to check holster fit and practice your draw without a live gun.

How long does it take to ship?

If this item shows as Out of stock or Backordered, Ring's makes it to order. Expect 5 to 10 business days to manufacture and ship for 5 pieces or less. Orders of 6 or more pieces usually take 30 to 45 days.
