What helmets does the SureFire HLM-01-TN mount fit?

The HLM-01-TN is built for MICH helmets and clamps to the helmet rim. SureFire's product text also lists ACH, LWH, and PASGT helmets. For Ops-Core helmets or ARC rails, choose the SureFire ADPT-HL1-OC adapter instead.


Does the HLM-01-TN come with a helmet light?

No. The HLM-01-TN is the mount only. Add a SureFire HL1 HelmetLight, which slides onto the mount and locks in place. Each HL1 runs on one 123A lithium battery.

How far can I rotate the light on this mount?

You can rotate the light a full 360 degrees. SureFire builds 20 preset click positions into the mount, so the beam stays where you set it while you move.

MICH mount or Ops-Core adapter: which HL1 mount do I need?

Choose by helmet. The HLM-01-TN clamps to the rim of MICH-style helmets. The ADPT-HL1-OC attaches to Ops-Core helmets and ARC rails and rotates the HL1 180 degrees. Both accept the same SureFire HL1 HelmetLight.
