What rail does the ProTac Rail Mount HL-X Laser fit?

It fits MIL-STD-1913 Picatinny rails. The thumb-screw rail clamp attaches directly to rifles, carbines, and shotguns with a Picatinny section. M-LOK or KeyMod handguards need a separate Picatinny rail segment first.

What class of laser is in the ProTac Rail Mount HL-X Laser?

It uses a Class 3R red laser rated at 640 to 660 nm with under 5 mW output, per Streamlight's labeling. Avoid direct eye exposure. You zero the laser with the windage and elevation screws on the head.

What is the difference between Streamlight 88090 and 88089?

Model 88090 is the USB version and includes an SL-B26 rechargeable battery pack and USB cord. Model 88089 ships with two CR123A lithium batteries instead. The light, laser, switches, and mount are the same.
