The Launch 11 opens out-the-side via a low-profile push button mounted on the handle. Pressing the button releases the blade, which deploys automatically and locks open via the push-button lock. Yes. The Launch 11 comes with a reversible tip-up pocket clip that can be repositioned for either right- or left-hand carry. Removing the two clip screws, flipping the clip to the opposite side, and reinstalling the screws is all it takes. The knife requires no other modification for left-handed use.
