The Boston Leather Anti-Sway Strap, MPN 5425, solves that with a short, heavy duty connector that ties your radio holder back to your radio strap or turnout gear so the radio rides tight against your body.
Built from top grain leather
Each strap is cut from 100 percent top grain leather and finished with deluxe swivel snaps at both ends. The snaps use an oversized thumb lever that you can work while wearing structural firefighting gloves. Black plain leather is the everyday standard, and the line also includes cordovan brown, red, black basket weave, and a black nylon web version for crews who want a lighter, non-leather option.
Firefighters are the core user here, but EMS providers and police officers running a chest-mounted radio get the same benefit.

Compatibility
The 5425 works with any Boston Leather radio strap and radio holder combination, including the 6543 1.25 inch radio strap and the 5611RC and 5487RC firefighter radio holders. The swivel snaps clip to D-rings, loops, and hardware rings on most competing radio straps as well as to the rings and loops on turnout coats and bunker gear.
Use it anywhere a chest-carried or belt-carried radio needs to be pulled in closer: engine and truck company work, technical rescue, EMS response, and patrol duty with a shoulder-mounted radio.
Limitations worth knowing before you order: this is a connecting strap only, so it does not hold a radio by itself and does not replace a radio holder or radio strap. The attachment points on your gear must accept a swivel snap. Nickel and brass hardware do not mix, so order the finish that matches the rest of your radio strap setup.
